We too use the Dr. Browns bottles, the only bottles we’ve ever used to be honest (we never tested any others out because they worked for my guys from the start). I’ll admit that I am more than happy to be done washing all those darn parts!

OMG. I find the judgement passed by moms to be just disgusting. We are expecting our twins anytime in the next couple of weeks and while I want to be able to breastfeed, am totally find with pumping/bottle feeding and/or formula feeding if needed. I joined a FB group to look for breastfeeding tips and the moms on there are SO judgmental about moms using formula. I continue to follow it for the tips but am annoyed every time one jumps on the other about the way she is raising her child.
I, too, am not into the idea of demand feeding. I’m planning on a schedule. I’ll vaccinate mine too. I’m sure I’ll let them cry it out. So jot me down on your list of “bad” moms too.
I love this post and kudos to you for posting it.

Candace, a wonderfully written and bravely thought-of post. The internet is forever, but I would think neither your husband nor your boys would be wronged to read this someday.
You mentioned a minefield, and any guy should certainly be tip-toeing now if he dares to respond! I have no standing whatsoever, but wanted to voice my support for your efforts. When did you ever for one second take even a tiny step in the direction of giving up, of not loving those precious young clones? Never, sounds like- and I think you would have been honest, because you always have been.
You go, girl. Wait until the two of them are teaming up to tackle the ball and score, or something. You’ll think it was all worth it, as you head to the betting window with your ticket!

Reblogged this on NebrZwillinge and commented: After posting yesterday about the useless parenting wars that we inflict on each other, a fellow blogger and mom of twins posted this beautifully written take on the same subject. Looking back now, I can see I let the mom in the MOPS group get to me, especially considering I had so many better things to post about. Liam started walking the same day that her comment got the better of me, he even 'sang along' while Sean sang to him, and even Abram started standing up on his own Sunday without support. (Note to self, focus on the good and let the judgments of others fall to the wayside.)
